  • Draw the Service Value Chain diagram from memory
  • Make flashcards for the four dimensions and key terms
  • Take at least three full-length practice exams
  • Focus on definitions, the language of the questions is precise
  • Review the 34 management practices at a high level only
Exam day
  • Read every question twice, ITIL questions are written precisely
  • Watch for distractors that mix terms from different dimensions
  • Trust your first answer on definition questions
  • Pace yourself at about 1.5 minutes per question
  • Skip and flag, then return to questions you find tricky
