To create an account, click on the "Sign Up" button in the top right corner of our homepage. You can sign up using your email address or through your Google account. Follow the prompts to complete your registration.

Yes, we take data security very seriously. All your personal information and study materials are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties without your consent. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.

Our AI is trained on a vast database of educational content and is designed to generate high-quality, relevant questions. However, as with any AI system, there may occasionally be inaccuracies. We continuously improve our algorithms based on user feedback to enhance accuracy.

Instead of a subscription model, Exam Coach AI uses a question pack system. You purchase packs of questions as one-time payments, and these questions remain in your account until you use them. We offer various pack sizes to suit different needs, from small packs for quick study sessions to large packs for comprehensive exam preparation.

Yes! We offer a Free Pack with 8 questions that you can claim once every 24 hours. This is perfect for trying out our platform or for quick daily practice. You need to use all your current free questions before claiming a new Free Pack.

Account & Billing

You can update your account information by going to your Dashboard, clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner, and selecting "Account Settings." From there, you can edit your personal information, change your password, and manage your notification preferences.

To purchase question packs, go to the "Pricing" page from the main navigation menu. We offer several pack sizes:

  • Small Pack: 150 questions for $1.99
  • Medium Pack: 750 questions for $5.99
  • Large Pack: 1,450 questions for $10.99
  • Extra Large Pack: 2,900 questions for $20.99
Select the pack that best suits your needs and follow the checkout process. Your questions will be added to your account immediately after payment is processed.

You can view your remaining question count on your Dashboard. The number of questions you have left is displayed prominently, so you always know how many questions you can generate before needing to purchase more.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) through our secure payment processor, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely.

No, your purchased questions do not expire. Once you buy a question pack, those questions remain in your account until you use them. This gives you the flexibility to use them at your own pace without worrying about time limits.

We generally do not offer refunds for purchased question packs. However, if you experience technical issues that prevent you from using your questions, please contact our support team, and we'll work with you to resolve the issue.
